Papad

Recipe : PAPAD
Let us introduce Papad again.
Papad is a thin, crispy. It is typically served as an accompaniment to a meal in India. It is also eaten as an appetizer or a snack and can be eaten with various toppings such as chopped onions, chutney or other dips and condiments.In North India, the lentil variety is more popular(from wiki).

Instructions
On a deep frying pan, heat oil.
Deep fry papad sheets, one at a time, until crispy.


Do not over fry papads as they turn bitter in taste. Place fried papads on paper towel to absorb excess oil. Allow cooling for just 10 seconds. Ready to eat.

Chicken Korma

Welcome to Watan Sapporo Halal Food .
Recipe : Chicken Korma Curry.
Korma is a very mild yet flavorful Mughlai Royal dish. Korma is traditionally meat or vegetables cooked with onions in a creamy Yoghurt sauce. At that time, Yoghurt was quite valuable which is why it was served to royalty. Try this famous recipe for its healthy and delicious taste.


[Items]
Onions - 2 medium finely sliced
Yoghurt - 500ml
Coconut powder - 3 tbsp(table spoon)
Chicken Breast & Legs - 500g
Green peas - 200g
Ginger& Garlic - 2 tbsp shredded
Salt - to taste
Spices 1 (*1)
Spices 2 (*2)

(*1) Spices 1
Red chilli powder -2tbsp
Turmeric -1/2 tbsp
Corriander -1tbsp
Cumin powder -1/2tbsp
Paprika poeder -1tbsp
Clove whole -2
Cardamon whole -2
Garam masala -1tbsp
(*2) Spices 2
Cinnamon whole -2blocks
Cardamon whole -3
Fenugreek Leaf -1tbsp
mint Leaf -1tbsp
Bay leaf -1




[Instructions]
1, Before heating, mix Yoghurt, ginger & garlic, Spice 1 and salt in a big pot.


2, While (1) is mixing, dissolve coconut powder in 200ml water. (It dissolves faster
when heated.) Then add this to (1) pot.

3, Then heat the pot on medium for 15 minutes while stirring occasionally. This will become the Yoghurt sauce.

4, In another pot, cook the oil on medium heat.
In the same Oil, add Bay Leaf, Cinnamon whole, and crushed Cardamom whole in Spice 2. Roast for a few seconds.

5, Add Onion and cook for 2-3 additional minutes or until it turns a little bit brown.

6, Then add Chicken and heat until cooked.

7,Then add Yoghurt sauce, green peas, and the rest of spices 2-6. Cover and cook on medium heat for approx 15 minutes.

Now you are ready to eat. Enjoy
